NOTICE   The Roby Public Schools will be operated in a nondiscriminatory manner for all programs.  In specific:               1.         School bus routes on runs will be operated in a nonsegregated basis.             2.         Extracurricular activities and the use of school facilities will be                         operated in a nondiscriminatory fashion.             3.         The hiring, assigning, promoting, paying, demoting, reassigning, or dismissing of faculty and staff members will be done in a nondiscriminatory way.             4.         Students will be enrolled and assigned without discrimination.             5.         Nondiscrimination practices relating to the use of a student’s first                         language will be carried out. 6.         Policies are in place to hear complaints and grievances.  Said policies are available through the office of the superintendent of schools.   POSTED:  08/10/06   David Hale, Superintendent ROBY C.I.S.D.
