Notice is hereby given that on Monday, November 9, 2009 the Board of Trustees of Roby Consolidated Independent School District will hold their Regular Board Meeting at 7:30 p.m., in the Homemaking Department of the Roby High School located at Roby, Texas.  The subjects to be discussed are listed on this agenda.

*          C.        Discuss/disapprove/approve Budget Amendment # 3 and the monthly bills

            D.        Review/reject/approve the 2008-2009 school audit presented by James E. Rodgers and Company, Certified Public Accountants.

            E.         Discuss/reject/cast votes for Fisher County Appraisal District Board Candidates – 2010-2011.

            F.         Discuss/reject/cast votes for Jones County Appraisal District Board Candidates – 2010–2011.

            G.        Review/disapprove/approve the following Waivers for 2010-2011:

                        1.         Staff Development Waiver:  177 Instructional Days

                        2.         Early Release Waiver

                        3.         Modified Schedule/TAKS Testing Days Waiver

            H.        Discuss/disapprove/approve G&T Criteria/Requirements.

            I.          Review/reject/approve the 2010-2011 school calendar.

            J.          Discuss/disapprove/approve Early Outs as stated:

                        November 24, 2009 – 1:30 p.m.          December 18, 2009 – 11:30 a.m.

            K.        Consider/approve/disapprove amending Roby C.I.S.D. 403 B – Plan to allow a loan as an option in our plan.  We would like to limit participants to one outstanding loan.
